Below are our shipping and returns policies:
Shipping cost: Free shipping on orders over $50
Delivery time: The standard delivery time is 5-7 working days. For express orders, the delivery time is 2-3 working days. Please note that the delivery time is not guaranteed, but it is generally very reliable. If you are in a hurry, please keep track of the shipment by the tracking number that you will receive by email the same day.
Returns: We offer 30 days of free exchanges. (An order is considered an exchange when you keep anything from the order, or from a follow-up order.) Full returns are charged $10

The 30 days are counted from the day the parcel is delivered until the day the return is left to the freight company.
Orders: We reserve the right to deny orders that are too big; please take care of our planet and only order what you need.

Returns and exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will have to make a return and a new purchase in order to exchange
